Yusroi comes from the Arabic word yusr, which means ease, and ROI, return on investment. Our job is to make running a shop easier and to pay for itself.
Yusroi was started by Jamal, who lives in Qatar. Day after day he watched busy shops let the phone ring out, at lunch, in the evening rush and after closing, and saw those customers go to the shop next door. Yusroi exists so that never happens to your business.

This policy explains what data Yusroi collects, why, and your rights. Yusroi provides AI assistants that answer phone calls and messages for shops in Qatar. Contact: info@yusroi.com.
1. Who is responsible
For calls and messages to a shop, the shop decides how customer data is used, and Yusroi processes it for the shop. For visitors to this website and people who contact Yusroi directly, Yusroi is responsible.
2. What we collect
- Phone number, name and what the caller or sender says (voice recordings, transcripts, chat and WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger messages)
- Booking, order and complaint details
- Shop owner account details (name, email, business details)
- Website use: basic, anonymous visit statistics if analytics is turned on
3. Why we use it
- To answer customers, take bookings and orders, and log complaints for the shop
- To show calls and messages in the shop's dashboard and send summaries
- To call back people who ask for a call back
- To improve the service and keep it safe
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Call recording
Every call starts with a notice that the call may be recorded. Shops can turn recording off.
5. How long we keep it
Recordings are kept 7 days (Voice Starter), 90 days (Business) or 1 year (Pro). Other data is kept while the shop is a client and deleted within 90 days after the contract ends, unless the law requires longer.
6. Who we share it with
Only the service providers listed on our Security page that help us run Yusroi (voice, AI, hosting, messaging). They may process data outside Qatar under contracts that protect it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each shop logs in to its own dashboard and sees only its own data.
8. Your rights
Under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email info@yusroi.com. We reply within 30 days.
9. Delete your data (including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp)
To delete messages or data you sent to a Yusroi assistant on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, email info@yusroi.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your phone number or username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
10. Children
Yusroi is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new date.
1. The service
Yusroi sets up AI assistants that answer calls and messages for your business, and gives you a dashboard. Features depend on your plan, as shown on the Pricing page.
2. Free trial
7 days free, up to 30 call minutes. No payment is taken during the trial.
3. Prices and billing
Prices are in Qatari riyals per month. You pay at the start of each month. A one-time setup fee applies as listed. Paying for 12 months at once gives 2 months free.
4. Minutes
Each voice plan includes call minutes each month. Unused minutes do not carry over. Extra minutes are billed at the price for your plan. We alert you when 80% is used.
5. Changing or cancelling
You can move up a plan at any time (no new setup fee). You can cancel with notice before your next month starts. Fees already paid are not refunded.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us correct information (menu, prices, hours, policies)
- Tell your customers that calls may be recorded, where required
- Only ask Yusroi to call people who agreed to be called
- No spam, no illegal use
7. AI answers
The AI works from the information you give it and is told never to guess. It can still make mistakes. Important decisions (refunds, medical, legal) stay with your team.
8. Third-party services
Yusroi uses providers such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) and phone networks. Their outages or rule changes may affect the service.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep Yusroi running at all times but cannot promise it will never stop. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
10. Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Qatar.
